Hello, I'm Cathy. Welcome to my website. I'm an experienced, qualified counsellor and a registered BACP member. I offer counselling and clinical supervision sessions in Westbury and online.
I understand that sometimes life can be difficult and it can be hard to know where to turn for support. My aim is to provide you with a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your feelings and emotions without fear of judgement.
